We are good to go again. Outdoor classes once again may commence. Earl Kitchener School playground. 6:30 pm. Please bring your own mat and water. We will be following Covid safety protocols. Participants will be distanced and adhering to the 10 person guidelines. Call or text 9053797979 to register or for more information.
Here we are again, with a possible date for outdoor classes. Looks like June 14 is our tentative date to resume outdoor classes. After a few months break we are finally back to be able to do outdoor fitness classes! Hurray!!!! Every measure (literally) will be taken to follow the guidelines. All participants will be more than 6 feet apart and no sharing of equipment at this time. Masks are optional and hand sanitizer is readily available. Due to the corona virus, classes can no longer be drop in. We are limited to “ten” people in a group, myself and nine others. This means you need to preregister your spot. With the daylight savings time making it dark by 7pm, BOOTCAMP classes are now INSIDE in my home gym. Spaces are limited so preregistration is required. As long as this November weather stays balmy our Saturday class will remain outside. Looking forward to some new faces.

Here we are into the heat of July. No complaining from me. I love the heat. Things have been sporadic with summer vacations. That's ok. We have to enjoy this beautiful weather while we have it. Along with summer comes along a few more ice cream cones and cocktails and snacks. Let September and back to school be a fresh start. A few things coming up in September.
1. 6 Week Fitness Challenge.....Get stronger and healthier and lose some inches and have FUN.
2. FREE Bootcamp Classes in Aug/Sept. Gives us a try and you will love this strength/cardio workout suitable for every fitness level. Dates to be announced.
3. BOOTCAMP RUNS ALL SUMMER. MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY 7pm. SATURDAY 9:30am
March is here and the good weather is on it's way! Join us for Bootcamp at Earl Kitchener School, 300 Dundurn St South starting MONDAY March 14th and WEDNESDAY at 7pm. Suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat or towel.
Monday and Wednesday Bootcamps at 7:00pm don't work for your schedule? Would you prefer an early morning? Tuesday or Thursday evening work better around the kids scheduled classes? Saturday mornings? Just ask! Additional classes can be arranged with a minimum of three people.

RESOLUTIONS.....I've been thinking about new years resolutions and how many I've made, how many I've followed thru with. It's a pretty good track record. I always try and choose a goal that throughout the year is attainable. It's January 2nd and I think I've thought of something. Starting Monday my goal is to eat only from the perimeter of the grocery store......Monday's thru Saturday's (coffee excluded) I think this is totally do-able.
