GROUP TRAINING

While there are many benefits to attending a class, some people just aren't comfortable with a group setting. If that's you, and you have a few friends you would like to work out with, a small group training might be a better idea for you. Contact me to arrange your own fitness class.  $20/person Minimum two (2) participants


OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES

Often when one hears the term "bootcamp" the military and its training come to mind, and with the thought, "I can't do a bootcamp. It's too hard". That is soooo wrong. A fitness bootcamp or outdoor fitness class is an workout done in a "group" indoor or out with a group of people. They are designed to push you a little bit harder than you normally would in a gym on your own and provide support and comaraderie that comes from a group. They involve a variety of exercises from body weight to using portable equipment, individually, with a partner or on a team and most importantly at your own fitness level. Everyone there is there with the same goal in mind. To workout. $15.

WHEN: Monday and Wednesday evenings 6:30pm

                 Saturdays-8:30am (must be 3 participant minimum) Must preregister by Friday evening by text 905-3797979 or through website contact information.

WHERE: Earl Kitchener School playground, 300 Dundurn St St, Hamilton
 

WHAT TO BRING: a yoga mat or towel and a positive attitude. : )

When you aren’t quite ready to return to the gym, or like working out from your home, Zoom fitness classes may be the right fit. Hand weights required. 40 minutes in length.

WHEN: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12pm (currently ongoing)

Monday and Wednesday 6pm (starting soon)

Saturday 9am (starting soon)

You must preregister for these classes and a link will be sent.

FEE: $10/class payable by etransfer
