I had my first bootcamp session last night with Shirley and I loved it. You are guaranteed an awesome workout with her. As a competitive master I plan on incorporating weekly sessions with Shirley to help me reach my competitive and fitness goals.

After years of being pregnant and doing the baby thing I was finally ready to get back into shape! We discussed my goals and went to work!!! I devoted 3 days a week to hour long private or boot camp training sessions. Each session was amazing as it let me work with my own capabilities and help me work towards improvement. Needless to say, she helped me lose about 65 pounds!!! I never felt better!!! Even after not being able to get there as often as I would have liked, the weight stayed off! This was in 2013 and I have yet to see a single pound creep back!!! Shirley not only helped to get me back to a healthy lifestyle, but the confidence that I have as a woman and a mother was the biggest difference! I can’t thank you enough for helping me get back to “me”.
